Baked Shrimp in Garlic Butter Sauce

Instructions

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Lightly grease a baking dish.

Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the baking dish.

Make sauce: In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Pour sauce evenly over the shrimp, making sure they’re well coated.

Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until shrimp are pink and opaque. Do not overcook.

Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

Serving ideas:

Serve with crusty bread to soak up the sauce.

Spoon over angel hair pasta or steamed rice for a complete meal.

Add a pinch of chili flakes if you like a little heat.
