Instructions
1. Prep the chicken

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
2. Season

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Rub the mixture all over the chicken.

Sprinkle Parmesan on top if using.
3. Bake

Place the chicken in a baking dish.

Bake for 25–30 minutes (breasts) or 35–40 minutes (thighs), or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
4. Rest and serve

Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
