Baked Italian Chicken

Instructions

1. Prep the chicken

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.

2. Season

  • In a small bowl, mix olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  • Rub the mixture all over the chicken.

  • Sprinkle Parmesan on top if using.

3. Bake

  • Place the chicken in a baking dish.

  • Bake for 25–30 minutes (breasts) or 35–40 minutes (thighs), or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

4. Rest and serve

  • Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
