Baked Chicken Sausage with Cheese

Instructions:

Preheat oven:

Heat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare sausages:

Slice chicken sausages into bite-sized pieces or keep them whole if you prefer.

Heat olive oil in a skillet and quickly brown sausages on all sides (about 3–4 minutes). This step adds flavor.

Assemble the bake:

Spread marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.

Add sausages, sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.

Top evenly with mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan.

Bake:

Place dish in oven and bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly with golden edges.

Garnish & serve:

Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot with garlic bread, pasta, or a green salad.

Tip: You can also add sautéed onions, bell peppers, or mushrooms to make it more of a full casserole.
