Bacon, Egg & Cheese Breakfast Sandwich

Instructions
1. Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy.

Drain on paper towels and set aside.

2. Make the Scrambled Eggs

Crack eggs into a bowl, add milk/cream (optional), salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.

Melt a little butter in a non-stick pan, pour in eggs, and cook slowly over low heat, stirring gently until fluffy and just set.

3. Toast the Bread

Butter one side of each bread slice.

Toast in a skillet until golden brown and crisp (like grilled cheese style).

4. Assemble the Sandwich

Place scrambled eggs on one slice of toasted bread.

Add cheese slices while eggs are still warm (so they melt).

Layer crispy bacon on top.

Cover with the second slice of toasted bread.

5. Serve

Slice in half and serve warm with extra eggs on the side if you like (just like in the picture).

Optional Upgrades:

Add avocado slices for creaminess.

Drizzle with hot sauce or sriracha for a spicy kick.

Swap bacon for sausage or ham.
