Ingredients:
For the Chicken:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Creamy Sauce:
1 (10.5 oz) can golden mushroom soup (or cream of chicken/mushroom if preferred)
½ cup chicken broth
4 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup dry white wine (or substitute more broth)
1 packet Italian dressing seasoning mix
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon onion powder
For the Rice:
2 cups cooked white rice, for serving
Optional: use long grain, jasmine, or even brown rice
