Amish Onion Fritters

Instructions

1. Cook the potatoes

  1. Toss potatoes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper.

  2. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway.

2. Cook the steak bites

  1. Toss steak cubes with a little oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.

  2. Add them to the air fryer basket with the potatoes.

  3. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 6–8 minutes, shaking halfway.
    (Cook longer for well-done.)

3. Add the garlic butter

  1. Mix melted butter, garlic, and parsley.

  2. Pour over the hot steak and potatoes.

  3. Toss gently and serve immediately.
