Instructions
Preheat air fryer: Set to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare ramekins:
Lightly grease each ramekin with cooking spray or butter.
Pour about ¼ cup hot water into each.
Crack eggs: Gently crack 1 egg into each ramekin. Sprinkle lightly with salt if desired.
Air fry: Place ramekins in the air fryer basket. Cook for 5–6 minutes for runny yolks, or 7–8 minutes for firmer yolks.
Remove carefully: Using tongs or oven mitts, take ramekins out (they’ll be hot).
Gently lift eggs out with a slotted spoon.
Serve: Enjoy on toast, with avocado, over grains, or alongside bacon.
Tips:
Preheating is important for consistent cooking.
If eggs stick, run a spoon gently around the edge to loosen.
For extra flavor, sprinkle with black pepper, paprika, or fresh herbs after cooking.
