Instructions
1. Prepare Ramekins
Fill each ramekin with about 3 tablespoons of water.
Carefully crack an egg into each ramekin.
2. Preheat Air Fryer
Preheat air fryer to 360°F (182°C) for 3 minutes.
3. Cook
Place ramekins in the air fryer basket.
Cook at 360°F (182°C) for:
5–6 minutes for runny yolks
7 minutes for medium yolks
8 minutes for fully set yolks
(Adjust based on your air fryer model.)
4. Serve
Remove ramekins carefully (they will be hot).
Use a slotted spoon to lift eggs out of water.
Season with salt and pepper.
Tips
Spray ramekins lightly with non-stick spray for easier removal.
Use warm water (not cold) to help eggs cook evenly.
If cooking multiple eggs, check halfway through for doneness.
