Instructions:
Preheat air fryer: Set to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare ramekins: Lightly spray each ramekin with non-stick spray. Pour in about 3 tablespoons of hot water.
Add egg: Crack one egg into each ramekin carefully.
Air fry: Place ramekins in the air fryer basket and cook for 5–6 minutes for runny yolks or 7–8 minutes for firmer yolks.
Remove gently: Use tongs to take out ramekins. Lift eggs carefully with a spoon or slotted spatula.
Drain and serve: Let excess water drip off, then serve on toast or with your favorite breakfast sides.
Tips:
For best results, use fresh eggs — they hold their shape better.
If your air fryer runs hot, check the eggs at 5 minutes to avoid overcooking.
Add a pinch of salt and pepper or a drizzle of olive oil before serving.
