Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 2–3 minutes.
Lightly grease two ramekins with oil or cooking spray.
Pour about ½ cup (120 ml) of hot water into each ramekin.
Crack one egg into each ramekin, keeping the yolk intact. Add a pinch of salt if desired.
Place the ramekins in the air fryer basket.
Cook for:
6 minutes for runny yolks
7–8 minutes for slightly set yolks
Carefully remove the ramekins using tongs or a towel.
Use a slotted spoon to gently lift out the poached eggs and place them on a paper towel to drain.
Serve immediately on toast, avocado, or an English muffin.
Tips
Use very fresh eggs — they hold their shape best.
If the whites are slightly undercooked, air fry for 1 more minute.
For a richer version, drizzle with melted butter or serve with hollandaise sauce.
