Air Fryer Garlic Butter Roasted Mushrooms

Instructions:

  1. Preheat air fryer:
    Set to 380°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.

  2. Prepare mushrooms:
    In a mixing bowl, combine mushrooms, melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and herbs. Toss until evenly coated.

  3. Air fry:
    Place mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer (cook in batches if needed).
    Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and fragrant.

  4. Serve:
    Transfer to a serving bowl, spoon any leftover garlic butter from the basket over the top, and garnish with fresh parsley.

  • Use as a topping for toasted bread, risotto, or pasta.
