Air Fryer Chicken Wings

Instructions:

  1. Prep the wings:
Pat the wings dry thoroughly with paper towels — this step is key for crispiness.

  2. Season:
In a bowl, toss wings with olive oil and all seasonings until evenly coated.

  3. Preheat air fryer:
Set your air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.

  4. Cook the wings:

    • Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket (don’t overcrowd).

    • Air fry at 380°F (190°C) for 25–28 minutes, flipping halfway through.

    • For extra crispy wings, increase to 400°F (200°C) for the last 5 minutes.

  5. Toss in sauce (optional):
Remove wings from the basket and toss them in your favorite sauce while hot.

  6. Serve hot:
Enjoy immediately with ranch, blue cheese dip, or celery sticks!

Tips for Perfect Wings:

  • Dry wings = crispy skin. Moisture is the enemy of crunch.

  • You can add baking powder (1 tsp) to the seasoning mix for even crispier skin.

  • For saucy wings, toss after cooking — not before.
