This casserole is always a hit when I serve it. It’s hearty, filling, easy to make, and downright delicious. Made with breakfast sausage, vegetables (optional), cheese, simple seasonings, and crispy tater tots. It’s also gluten-free—no flour needed!
Ingredients:
2 pounds hot breakfast sausage
1 (30–32 oz) bag frozen tater tots
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
8 large eggs
2 cups milk
