Ingredients (Serves 6)

2 lbs (900 g) Yukon Gold or Russet potatoes

4 cups chicken broth (or vegetable broth for vegetarian)

½ cup milk (or heavy cream for extra richness)

1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)

½ tsp black pepper

Optional: 2 garlic cloves, smashed (for infused flavor)
