Golden, crunchy smashed potatoes roasted to perfection with garlic butter and herbs. They’re incredibly addictive, easy to make, and pair with just about any main dish—or serve as a snack with dipping sauce!
Ingredients (Serves 4)
1 ½ lbs (700 g) small potatoes (baby reds or Yukon gold work best)
3 tbsp olive oil (or melted butter for richer flavor)
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika (optional, for color and flavor)
Fresh herbs (parsley, rosemary, or thyme) for garnish
