Description:
Crispy golden egg rolls packed with seasoned meat and vegetables, perfect as an appetizer or snack. Serve with sweet and sour sauce or soy dipping sauce for an authentic experience.

Ingredients

1 lb (450 g) ground pork or chicken (or a mix)

2 cups cabbage, finely shredded

1 cup carrots, finely shredded

3 green onions, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp sesame oil

1/2 tsp ground ginger

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1 egg (for sealing the wrappers)

12–15 egg roll wrappers

Vegetable oil (for frying)
