Ingredients (Makes enough for about 1 ½ lbs of fish)
¾ cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon paprika
¾ cup cold club soda (or cold water for a lighter taste)
1 ½ lbs white fish fillets (cod, pollock, haddock)
