Instructions
Mix the dough:
In a medium bowl, combine the flour and Greek yogurt. Stir with a spoon until the dough starts to come together.
Knead:
Lightly flour your surface and knead for 1–2 minutes until smooth and elastic. The dough should be soft but not sticky.
Shape and use:
For bagels: divide into 4 pieces, shape into rings, brush with egg wash, and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes.
For pizza: roll out into a circle, add toppings, and bake at 450°F (230°C) for 10–12 minutes.
For flatbread or naan: roll thin and cook in a skillet for 2–3 minutes per side.
Tips
Always use thick Greek yogurt, not regular — it provides structure.
Add herbs, garlic powder, or shredded cheese for flavor.
The dough can be stored in the fridge (covered) for up to 2 days.
