Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Cook the meat: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic; sauté until softened.

Add flavor: Stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Combine filling: Add black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and cooked brown rice. Stir until well combined and heated through.

Assemble bake: Transfer mixture to the baking dish. Sprinkle cheese evenly on top.

Bake: Place in oven for 20–25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Garnish & serve: Top with fresh cilantro, jalapeños, or your favorite toppings. Serve warm with sour cream or avocado slices.
